Indoor cycling

Structure without the game.

Hold My Bike runs your smart trainer in ERG and shows the workout as numbers, thin lines and a landscape. No 3D roads, no avatars, no points. Just the ride, and what it is doing for you.

  • Any Bluetooth smart trainer with FTMS
  • Bluetooth heart rate straps
  • iPhone first, then iPad and Apple TV

What it does

ERG that holds the target

Hold My Bike sets the resistance on any smart trainer that speaks Bluetooth FTMS, the open standard most current trainers support. Change your cadence and the watts stay put, interval after interval.

A dashboard, not a game

Power, cadence, heart rate and the interval you are in. Big numbers, thin lines, and one orange accent for what is live right now.

A coach that knows your rides

Ask why today felt hard. The AI coach answers only from its own training library and the rides you recorded, not from the open internet.

Group rides at your own FTP

Ride the same workout with friends. Everyone gets targets from their own FTP, so the group stays together whatever the level.

A plan for 4-8 hours a week

A 12-week plan built around your week and your FTP, adjusted as you ride.

Yours, even offline

Riding, recording and analysis work without internet. Every ride is a FIT file you can take anywhere, and it goes to Strava when you want it to.

Workouts

Every workout is a landscape.

Warm-up, three sweet spot hills, recoveries and a cool-down, drawn to scale before you start. As you ride, the past turns grey and the interval you are in turns orange.

Coming to iPhone.

Hold My Bike is in development. iPhone comes first; iPad and Apple TV dashboards for the big screen follow.
